Through evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I use IFS and CBT therapy to heal past wounds and reframe negative thoughts and self-perception.

 

Therapy involves conversations, talking, listening, and responding. Therapy can help you overcome life’s hurdles. It can be transformative and helps you live a more conscious life.

    Each session costs between $135.00 - $150.00.
  • How often should I expect to have sessions?
    Answer: Sessions can occur weekly or bi-weekly
  • How can I pay for my sessions?
    Mona accepts payment with a credit card or through (most) insurance plans. Please see the contact page for more information about payment and billing.
  • How do I get the most out of therapy?
    Getting the most out of therapy requires three things: Make sure you and your therapist are a good fit. Your free 15-minute consultation with Mona will help determine this for you. Be honest. Therapy can get uncomfortable, especially with deeply personal topics. Being honest with yourself with your therapist is the best path to success. Do the work. Whether you're given self-directed work between sessions or you’re doing your own self-reflection, therapy only works when you do.
  • How long does each therapy session last?
    A talk therapy session lasts 40-55 minutes.
  • If I have never done this type of therapy before, what can I expect?
    You can expect a safe, judgement-free place to talk freely about what is troubling you. Through simple conversations, you’ll gain clarity and confidence about your troubles, allowing you to heal and move forward in your life with confidence.
