About
Feel safe and be able to talk more comfortably about any situation.
Life may have gotten too overwhelming and confusing to handle on your own.
When you’re unsure of where to turn next, take comfort in knowing that therapy with a professional can be a solution for you to find your way forward.
Regaining mental clarity and wellness is often as straightforward as having someone in your corner, supporting you as you reorganize your thoughts, recognize your behaviors, and reconnect with your core values.

Mona's Approach
An integrative approach that is effective and efficient.
Every client is a unique individual with their own distinctive history of trauma and life experience.
I operate through individualized treatment plans, mapping out how your therapy journey will lead you to reach your personal goals.
I use an integrated approach combining Internal Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you:
Tap into your resilience.
Sharpen your mind and cognitive function.
Find your unique coping skills and strategies.
Increase your energy & positivity.
Deepen your connection to yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you.

"There is wisdom in trauma ~ when we realize that our trauma response and imprints are not ourselves, and we can work them through and thus become ourselves."

Mona's Story
I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor with over 30 years of experience providing treatment to individual adults. I have worked in various settings, which include Community agencies, adult and adolescent mental health inpatient and outpatient programs, and alcohol and drug 28-day rehabilitation for adults. I spent two years working specifically with adults and adolescents diagnosed with eating disorders and self-injurious behavior.

In my work, I use various methods of therapeutic interventions that include cognitive-behavioral therapy and internal family systems psychotherapy. I have a strong passion for internal family systems; it is a radical approach that will help you gain insight and enable you to heal yourself from the wounds you hold on to.

It is my goal to provide a safe, compassionate environment to build a positive therapeutic relationship and ensure the best possible treatment for each and every client.
