I can help you feel unstuck by life’s roadblocks and barriers.

Even when life feels overwhelming or impossible to change, there is always a path forward.

Therapy can support you in creating a greater sense of peace, clarity, and fulfillment. Along the way, you can build confidence, rediscover your strengths, and feel empowered to show up as your most authentic self.

Get unstuck when you’re feeling

Frustrated, stressed out, and overwhelmed.

Like something is missing.

Like a change needs to be made (but you’re not sure what).

Lonely or isolated. Like you’ve lost yourself.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or challenges that feel harder to name, reaching out for therapy is a meaningful and courageous first step toward change.

The process can be challenging, and real growth takes effort and time. But without taking that first step, things often stay the same. You don’t have to do it all at once—you just have to begin. I’m really glad you’re here.

Find Relief and Guidance through the Healing Process of Psychotherapy

I bring more than 30 years of experience in the mental health field, helping individuals develop the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change.

I began my career working with the homeless population in Uptown, Chicago. That experience led me to become a certified alcohol and drug counselor, deepening my ability to support individuals struggling with substance use. Over time, I expanded my work to include broader mental health therapy, integrating evidence-based approaches such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

In 2013, I established a private practice focused on supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use, addiction, and other complex life challenges. My approach is grounded in meeting each person where they are and tailoring care to their unique needs and goals.

In 2019, I was introduced to Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and chose to further specialize in this powerful and transformative model. IFS offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental way to explore the different parts of yourself, helping you understand patterns that may feel stuck or confusing. Through this process, you can access deeper clarity, heal emotional wounds, and move forward with greater freedom and self-understanding.

As a therapist, I strive to create a space that is warm, supportive, and free of judgment. Together, we will cultivate clarity, compassion, and curiosity—helping you feel more calm, connected, confident, courageous, and creative –  as you step into the most authentic version of yourself.
